We are suppliers of test equipment for metal, plastic & rubber, paper and the wood industry. In our premises in Gislaved, we also conduct training and tests for customers.

Order
When you place an order, a purchase agreement is created, but it is not confirmed until you receive an email with an order confirmation. If you want a special delivery method, make sure to specify it in the order. The delivery time for items in stock is usually 2-5 working days. If it says "contact us," it means that the item is usually not in stock and you need to contact us for delivery information.
Prices
The prices in our webshop apply only as long as the product is available there. Please note that the prices do not include VAT, and we reserve the right to increase prices in case of major changes in exchange rates or purchase prices.
Payment terms
We offer invoice payment with 30-day credit after a credit check. For orders that are outside of Sweden, higher delivery costs may apply.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made with one of the shipping companies we have an agreement with. If faster deliveries are needed, please contact us via phone or email and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost for packages is 80 SEK excl. VAT. For larger scales shipped on pallets, the shipping cost is 600 SEK excl. VAT. For larger platforms and scales that require more space, i.e., outside of the pallet dimensions (1200x800mm), separate shipping cost are offered.
Delivery Delay
If the delivery is delayed longer than promised, we will notify you via email. You always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We do our best to deliver on time, but sometimes it may be impossible due to supplier problems. We disclaim any compensation for delivery delays.
Undelivered Packages
If you do not pick up your package on time, and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you to cover our administrative costs and return shipping.
Transport Risk
We are responsible for the transport risk, i.e., the risk of damage or loss during transport from our warehouse to you. However, you are responsible for the risk if the item needs to be returned to us.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on our products unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers repairs for manufacturing and material defects during normal use. If the item needs to be sent to us for repair, you are responsible for the shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

We always strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. You are welcome to contact us by phone or email if you have any questions or concerns. We will answer your questions as soon as possible and do everything we can to assist you.
Privacy and Security
ICS prioritizes the protection of your personal privacy. We follow applicable laws and regulations for data protection when handling your information. Only relevant information needed to provide you with the best possible service is stored by us. We never sell or forward your personal information to third parties. According to GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have recorded about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that it be corrected or removed. Do not hesitate to contact ICS if you need help with this.
Other
We reserve the right to errors in both images and text. We always strive to minimize these errors as much as possible, and we will always work to ensure that you, as a customer, receive accurate and clear information about our products and services.
