We are suppliers of test equipment for metal, plastic & rubber, paper and the wood industry. In our premises in Gislaved, we also conduct training and tests for customers.

We have a general agreement for our customers
Confidentiality agreement for our customers
- Confidentiality agreement between ICS AB and costomer.
- Applies to all information obtained or created by ICS AB when performing service/calibration assignments.
- Personnel, such as committee members, suppliers, personnel from external companies or individuals acting on behalf of ICS AB, must keep all information obtained or created in a service/calibration assignment confidential, unless otherwise prescribed by law.
- All information, with the exception of that which is intended to be made publicly available by the client or by agreement between ICS AB and the client, shall be considered the property of the client and shall be treated confidentially.
- ICS AB must inform the client in advance regarding the information that ICS AB intends to make publicly available. The whistleblower must be informed of which information is to be made publicly available.
- When ICS AB, by agreement by law, is obliged to disclose confidential information, ICS AB must notify the client or affected person what information is disclosed, unless it is prohibited by law.
- When information regarding the client has been obtained from a third party, it must be treated confidentially between ICS AB and the client. The source may not be disclosed to the client unless the source has agreed to this.
